You are known. No matter where you are and what you are doing, opportunities will arise continuously for you to prove it to yourself.By Kimberley Emma

Are you being called into duty? If you are unsure, the answer is most likely, yes. When, your thoughts are being tugged towards a certain direction and you feel a strong urge to follow, that’s you being called. Lead with faith and go for it! I’ve always followed that pull with faith and have yet to regret it. Life is good, even when I’m having an off day!
Much LUV and JOI,

Rose Royce -Wishing on a star.
Breathe in Breathe out
As I sit upon my center
Experiencing each energetic wave
Feeling your pain
Loving your pain
Releasing your pain
Breathe in, Breathe out
Let it all go
Allowing all to flow
Not a block to slow
Watching not participating
Being not doing
Breathe in, Breathe out
It is what it is
The wind blows
The earth binds
The water bathes
The fire glows
Just Breathe
Creating your own joy, is about perception, the way you think and feel about the situation you find yourself in.
My favorite saying during difficult times is, “This too shall pass”.
Even the most heart breaking moments will have a profound positive effect on your life, only if you wade through the emotional turbulence to the full process of healing the pain.
Try to see the event as an entire rotation of a clock. At the 12 o’clock point is the impact of trauma. This is where the crisis management begins.
Traveling towards the quarter hour is where, while in the state of shock, you are processing the damage that has occurred and may even forecast misery yet to come.
Moving through to the half hour mark is where your mind, body, and soul will experience pain. Allow the pain, feel it and experience it. To shut your feelings down will only slow your healing process, causing a festering wound to your soul. This is were many remain, in their feelings. Stuck in feelings such as loss, despair, defeat, unjust, or even the thought of deserving such pain, will set up for long term ramifications.
Approaching and moving towards the restructuring of your souls state of homeostasis, where joy and happiness can be felt and even become substantial. This last quarter of this journey is where you realize life continues. You are stronger and have the knowledge and experience that you are capable of making it through anything. Embracing faith, love, and compassion will be keep you afloat during truly trying times.
Talk your feelings out with somebody, a professional can offer you tools and coping mechanisms you are not aware of. My experience with therapy has proved that speaking aloud to an empathic ear can give you insight and a new perspective on life.
The Pursuit of Happiness
You will find happiness when you STOP chasing it. As I continue the process of recovery, I realized every step of any Twelve Steps program is Acceptance. I see at the root of discontentment there is some flavor of addiction. Negative thinking, self doubt, sense of worthlessness, bad relationships, “drama” and self pity, can all become addictive.
Learning to be happy in this very moment is when you will become free of negative behaviors. Do not get stuck in your feelings, allow them and let them go. Accept that you are a very powerful being and therefore are able to manifest any life you want to live.
SOHN The Wheel
Your perceived flaws are what sets you apart. Embrace them and see yourself as God does, a work of art.
I find this video location, video footage, and songstress STUNNING! Hide by FKA Twigs is truly a piece of art! enjoy!

Being powerful has nothing to do with muscle mass or the amount of money in your bank account, it’s the ability to face your greatest fears.
The outcome does not matter as much as the courage it takes to be true to yourself. True power comes in the moment when you are most vulnerable and continue to lay yourself bare. In that moment, you give your faith over to Something more. Being vulnerable allows for a deeper connection in life, love, and faith.
My faith is strong, I rarely waiver in my belief, life is as it is meant to be. I’m a scientist at heart with an artist’s soul. Yes, I even confuse myself at times… in saying that I like to test and qualify my hypothesis from time to time. I am in like to Dr. David Banner MD. Ph.D (aka Hulk) at times I test my theories on myself.
In a test to my faith, I was faced with a losing battle of wills with a loved one. No matter which way I attempted to handle the situation, I was not satisfied with the outcome. This went as far as allowing that person to remove themselves from my life. In that action of “letting go” there was no question that God took over. My Faith, that all is as it should be was my driving force, not my will/ego.
I am truly blessed that I know God is at the helm and with me on autopilot, I am…
