The need to meditate has been strong recently. Avoidance has been the name of my game for some time now. Taking the time to meditate on issues in my life has been a Godsend. Removing irrational fears from my thought process has helped me move forward. I also found that if I sit quite and open myself up to the universe my possibilities are endless. I joined a 21 day meditation challenge by Deepak Chopra. This has ensured that I make the effort to sit and just be.
When I meditate I take myself to beautiful places I have already been or would love to visit.
Give yourself the gift of just being and take a rest from doing.
